The Role

Currently, within the Abbott Electrophysiology Division (EP), we are seeking a proficient individual to join our clinical team in Poland in the capacity of a Field Clinical Engineer. In this fully field-oriented position, you will be required to travel extensively on a daily basis throughout the designated territory (śląskie, świętokrzyskie, łódzkie area).

As a Field Clinical Engineer, your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing expert guidance on utilizing the Abbott portfolio, endorsing Abbott Product lines through adept professional and technical support for medical and sales staff.

Moreover, you will be tasked with promptly addressing all technical inquiries emerging from internal or field sources and escalating them to the appropriate channels within Abbott. Your core duties will include attending implants, follow-ups, and addressing any issues related to high and low voltage stimulation devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offering expert clinical consultancy, education, and assistance on the effective utilization of all EP products in clinical scenarios.
• Staying informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and technologies within the sector, including competitor offerings, and having a broad understanding of the healthcare market.
• Providing technical support to the EP sales team.
• Delivering product presentations, and being present at exhibitions to respond to technical queries from EMEA or clients when needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Ideal candidates should possess a university degree in a scientific field.
• Prior experience in electrophysiology/cardiac rhythm management or equivalent clinical practice is desirable.
• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Polish is essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% of the time) and capability to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
