    Vestas' Service Operation Support Department for Poland is a part of Vestas Service Poland, which is responsible for supporting operational activities on the wind turbines. The department has an open and informal culture where teamwork and good communication are the keys to our growth.     Team Leader, Administration, is a professional specializing in managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the administration team and coordinating workload planning where required. Managing and overseeing different activities related to administrative tasks, including operational readiness for internal and external capacity. We are looking for a competent team leader to manage the administration team to take the lead in our administration work and provide day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational functions to achieve service administration support sustainability and success in accordance with defined targets, strategies, and goals. Team Leader, Service Administration will report directly to the Manager of Service Operations Support department.

    Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the Administration Team and coordinating workload planning where needed
  • Monitor administrative and operational coordination and planning activities for data accuracy based on the timely implementation towards the company and customer demand
  • Provide supervision, support, and advice to the staff within the Administration Team
  • Coordinate professional development and training for all staff within the Administration Team
  • Review processes and procedures within the administration team for efficiency and quality
  • Managing daily work sources and ensuring data is accurate
  • Active participation in organizational improvement initiatives
  • Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and leading teams
  • Working knowledge of the employer's operations
  • Employee training experience
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflicts
  • Resilient under pressure and able to adapt to unforeseen work demands
  • Knowledge of computer applications and other industry-specific software
  • Very good verbal and written English communication skills
