YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively sourcing candidates through search, networking, utilizing recruitment platforms, industry groups, etc.
• Selection of candidates based on criteria and requirements in line with the needs of external clients.
• Conducting recruitment interviews with candidates, presenting job offers, and providing information about employment conditions, responsibilities, accommodation, transportation, etc.
• Maintaining contact (via email/phone) with candidates at all stages of recruitment and working with the passive candidate pool.
• Building and actively working with the candidate database.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with candidates through professional communication and providing appropriate feedback.
• Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure communication consistency and an effective recruitment strategy.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish is a must.
• Minimum B2 level of proficiency in English.
• Strong orientation towards achieving measurable results.
• Clear and concise communication skills to effectively convey information
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive and lasting relationships with candidates.
• Proven sales skills with the ability to effectively market job opportunities to potential candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and close successful negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Previous experience in recruitment/sales/call center will be an advantage.
