Salary range:
130.000,- to ,- PLN per year

Your daily responsibilities:
Taking responsibility for organizing the daily operational tasks in the logistics department, including packaging, picking, shipping, receiving, and warehousing

Leading a team of approximately 20 employees

Introducing and building processes, preparing them for increased production in the upcoming year

Continuously monitoring and optimizing processes

Implementing Lean processes to enhance efficiency

Handling daily challenges such as bulk or short-term orders

Organizing external transports through tenders and negotiations with logistics providers

Conducting regular data analysis and reporting to the Logistics Manager

Engaging closely with other supply chain departments, especially production planning

Collaboration with counterparts in sister facility in Germany

Administrative tasks


Your qualification:
Completed education or degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of five years' demonstrable leadership experience

Proven successes in a similar environment

Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of German is an advantage

Strong business acumen

Experience with ERP systems

Excellent MS Office skills
