- Regularly switching between regular data admin tasks and helping teammates
- Mastering the various processes and QA moderation systems
- Provide training and relevant communication to team members and various stakeholders
- Evaluate and process high volumes of photography
- Create and maintain process guides where appropriate
- Investigate and troubleshoot errors as and when they occur, knowing when to escalate problems to Content Operations
- Prioritise the team's workloads and adjust individuals' focus when applicable
- Work in conjunction with Content Operations to manage Jira tickets and provide support to Account Managers
- Monitor teams output and rejections rates and present at regular review sessions
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- A positive, proactive attitude, always seeking solutions
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm and composed, but the wisdom to know when to take a break
- Ability to understand and maintain workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to implement quality standards for content and train colleagues, including overseeing creation of documentation and reference materials
- Experience of using content tools
- Strong data analysis skills for decision making
