    Coloplast Business Centre to centrum usług wspólnych dla wszystkich spółek Coloplast na całym świecie. Naszą ambicją jest dostarczanie światowej jakości serwisu. Wspieramy naszą organizację globalnie w zakresie procesów: finansowych, podatkowych, IT, HR, administracji zamówień, marketingu, patentów i innych.

    O zespole

    Stanowisko jest zlokalizowane w Coloplast Business Centre z siedzibą w Szczecinie. Masz niepowtarzalną okazję dołączyć do działu Commercial Support. Osoba pracująca na tym stanowisku jest w dużej mierze odpowiedzialna za procesowanie zamówień i wprowadzanie danych nowych odbiorców naszych produktów do bazy danych.

    Umowa

    Obecnie możemy zaproponować współpracę na podstawie umowy zlecenia na okres 6 miesięcy (praca odbywa się w pełnym wymiarze godzin).

    Do Twoich obowiązków na tym stanowisku będzie należało:

    Wprowadzanie danych do systemów

    - Organizacja i przechowywanie danych klientów

    - Weryfikacja i uzupełnianie dokumentacji medycznej klientów

    Kontakt z zewnętrznymi podmiotami celem uzupełniania brakujących danych

    - Zarządzanie danymi w systemie CRM

    - Udział w bieżących projektach wskazanych przez leaderów

    Idealny kandydat powinien posiadać:

    Znajomość narzędzi Microsoft Office

    - Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym (min. B1)

    Umiejętność planowania i priorytetyzacji zadań
