    Opis

    Who we are looking for

    • 3-5 years of relevant business experience in the contract environment, drafting & reviewing contractual documents or procedure documentation;
    • Legal/Administration background;
    • Experience in coordinating review of contracts across different teams will be an advantage.
    • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills; other languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Portuguese) will be an advantage
    • Intermediate level in Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
    • Knowledge in contract and commercial management matters;
    • Understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions;
    • Ability to identify "key risks" and mitigation strategy;
    • High level of diligence, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
    • Ability to multitask within tight timelines and limited supervision;
    • Experience in dealing with multicultural teams;
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Your future role

    • Perform more complex contract analysis;
    • Engage in contract data gathering activities and record retention as per the agreed policies and procedures;
    • Support more senior team members in different ad hoc requests and analyses and contract query resolution;
    • Perform contract review based on established guidelines and standards, identify typical deviations;
    • Draft and review contractual change documents;
    • Independently create and maintain Contract Management packages, e.g., contract summary, obligation matrix;
    • Provide training to business stakeholders on critical contractual obligations and risks;
    • Manage contract queries.
