    Opis
    • Reporting and monitoring of the company's KPIs: sales and operational activity, headcount, product margins, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.
    • Calculation and monitoring of the level of local reserves and IFRS.
    • Analysis of deviations, presentation of conclusions and recommendations
    • Updating and building advanced forecasting models
    • Participation in the preparation of operational reports and sales plans
    • Creating long-term plans, annual budgets and updating them.
    • Preparing individual analyses, reports and recommendations for the Management Board
    • Optimization and transformation of current controlling tools using available BI tools
    • Close cooperation with the accounting department and other departments in the organization
    international working environment|working directly with the CFO and MD for the region
    • Master's degree in a relevant field of finance or economics
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in an independent position in controlling, financial analysis, or auditing; preferred experience in the international environment/ leasing company
    • Experience in the month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting process
    • Knowledge of financial and management accounting principles and accounting systems
    • Strong business and goal orientation
    • Ability to take initiative and search for solutions
    • Very good communication skills, ability to present data clearly
    • Fluency in English
    • Very good command of MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, Power BI,
