About the department

Portfolio Account Services (PAS) department is part of Investment and Trade Client Services group. We support our Portfolio Managers by ensuring that all banking and regulatory infrastructure which is necessary for trading in capital markets remain open at all times. In cooperation with subject matter experts in law, taxation, product development, portfolio administration, and compliance we set up banking accounts, secure foreign licenses and registrations, open
depositary and exchange access and lead discussions with foreign government authorities. We are currently looking for a talented individual to join
PAS - Country Registration Team in Specialist position.

We are looking for an individual for an 18‑month fixed-term contract, with a requirement to work from the Poznań office at least two days per week.

How you will add value

Core Responsibilities

  • You will prepare application, banking, and regulatory documents accurately and on time.

  • You will independently research information using internal systems and external sources.

  • You will build and foster relationships with key business partners, both internal and external, to develop and maintain mutual understanding of requirements.

  • You will analyze regulatory requirements for investment vehicles, provided by our custody banks.

  • You will coordinate document execution and payments to ensure timely outcomes.

  • You will contribute to and lead projects across investment product lifecycles.

  • You will define objectives, manage risks, and deliver projects on schedule.

  • You will map new processes, improve existing ones, and update procedures.

  • You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for foreign fund registrations.

  • You will participate in data automation initiatives to increase efficiency.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience & Education

  • Experience in investment management, financial institutions, or law firms is preferred.

  • Exposure to custody banking is a strong advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, business, law, or related fields.

Technical Skills

  • Fluent English at CEFR C1 or C2 level, written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

  • Understanding of or strong interest in financial markets and investment management.

Soft Skills

  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project ownership skills.

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a changing environment.

  • High attention to detail and accountability.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong facilitation skills.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation.
