    We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our talented leadership team as Head of Installation and contribute to KONE's further growth in the region. Installation manager's role is to manage the human and material installation resources including Installation supervisors, Fitters and Sub-contractors. Installation manager is accountable for achieving the planned financial results together with his/her team in Poland.

    How can you contribute:

    1. Leadership / People management

  • Manage the activities and performance of installation supervisors
  • Ensure capacity planning for installation supervisors
  • Ensure subordinates are trained to carry out respective duties
  • Make sure that the safety audits are carried out

    • 2. Delivery

  • Achieve planned financial result
  • Make Installation capacity planning and completion forecast
  • Communicate proactively the resource needs to his/her superior (Managing Director and CEE Business Director)
  • Be responsible for efficiency measurement and reporting
  • Communicate the capacity constraints to sales
  • Be responsible for managing customer disputes relating to installation
  • Be responsible for managing sub-contractor relations

    • 3. Project Management

  • Be accountable for installation project profitability (difference between planned and realized profit)
  • Be responsible for securing resources required

    • We believe that to be successful in this role, you may need to have and bring:

  • Min 5 years of experience in project management of complex projects within construction, production or logistics
  • Be a university graduate
  • Be fluent in Polish and English
  • Experience in managing people by inspiring, energizing and bringing together
  • Customer focus and natural ability to seek for ways to impress
  • Knowledge how to turn strategy into objectives and actions
  • Openness and drive for change
