- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a technology-focused company.
- Expertise in working collaboratively with partner organizations and channel sales teams to deliver value to both organizations.
- Familiarity with data products, especially in the HR tech industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data transfer protocols, and system design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- A proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions in a business setting.
- Familiarity with total rewards & compensation benchmarks, engagement benchmarks, and mobility data.
