    About-project : In your role as IT Transformation Delivery Lead (m/f), you are acting as strategic IT contact for strategic initiatives in EU Segment/Nat Cos, responsible for stakeholder management in this area, in particular at management level, acting as first port of call for strategic IT issues, providing advice and support with regard to strategic initiatives, managing the portfolio of initiatives, holding responsibility for devising solutions for complex initiatives, supporting Nat Cos in defining local plans, including making recommendations on prioritization within the agreed budget and time frame, carrying out cost-effectiveness analyses, monitoring the implementation of initiatives, communicating and transferring information to all stakeholders, including top management, initiating and managing escalations in strategic Project/Program Management area.


    responsibilities :
    Managing complex, strategically aligned projects or managing subprojects as part of strategic programs Determining the approach for a project and defining clear responsibilities within the project (or project portfolio)

    Functionally leading project staff Planning and coordinating project resources in line with functional requirements and the project's scope Project budgeting and planning as well as regular updates Target group-specific communications (project sponsor, project team members) Evaluating, communicating, and mitigating risks incurred Initiating improvements to optimize project processes, activities, and systems requirements-expected :

    University degree or comparable vocational training with long-time job experience Minimum of 7 years track record in a large, multi-national organization with an emphasis on managing parties in Project/Program Management area Execution experience in a large-scale Telco organization Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references Strong track record leading a (virtual) team Extensive knowledge of Telecommunication industry, market, trends, technologies, and key players Pragmatic - balanced approach to management combining strategic planning, operational excellence and flawless execution Consensus-building - capable of utilizing strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with subordinates, colleagues and executive management Overcoming barriers - track record as a leader with high business impact, strong negotiation skills, as well as sound diplomatic skills, smart and nice Results Driven - confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenge.

    Monitors quantitative progress measures and acts quickly on deviations from plan Global - International experience with the necessary cultural awareness and respect Self-driven attitude and behavior Willingness to travel (internationally)
