Consultant - Pricing Governance, Reinsurance

We are looking for a Pricing Governance Consultant to lead the development and execution of Pricing governance to support our Pricing & Analytics function. The successful candidate will be responsible for all governance activities that impact Global Pricing & Analytics and will regularly involve working closely with teams across all products, regions and the Leadership team for the function as well as with a variety of teams external to Pricing & Analytics.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

·Support the development of governance and controls for the function ensuring clear expectations, consistent tracking and aligned with Group, Divisional and external regulatory requirements

·Develop central processes to improve tracking capabilities of governance activities to improve efficiency across all regions.

·Monitor progress of governance activities (including identification of appropriate measures) across the pricing group, and facilitate reporting and prioritization

·Support the coordination of P&A projects in coordination with the Manager of Pricing Operations Projects

You will report to Manager of Pricing Operations Projects, Reinsurance.

·Recommend 2+ years' experience of non-life insurance pricing

·Interest in the topic of Governance

·Recommend experience in project management

·Problem solver, detail oriented , reliable, open-minded, flexible

·Strong Influencing and Negotiating Skills

·Leadership skills to work collaboratively with colleagues to build consensus.

·Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field is a plus
