Our role

We are looking for an analytical and user-focused
Junior SEO Specialist
with a
strong foundation in UX/UI design
to join the Securitas IT team. In this blended role, you will be responsible for driving organic visibility while ensuring that search traffic lands on a world-class, intuitive user interface. You will bridge the gap between "searchability" and "usability," ensuring our public websites are not only found by users but also provide a seamless experience once they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Performance

• Keyword & Trend Analysis:
  Conduct deep keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs , and map to align content with user intent.
• On-Page Optimization:
  Manage metadata, header structures, internal linking, and image optimization across the site.
• Technical SEO:
  Monitor site(s) health, identify crawl errors, and audit page speed and mobile-friendliness in collaboration with developers.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  Track performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Microsoft Clarity to turn data into actionable insights.
• Content Strategy Support:
  Review and edit web content for readability, keyword density, and SEO best practices.

2. UX/UI Design & Support

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
  Use UX principles to suggest layout changes that improve SEO-driven page conversions.
• Prototyping & Visualization:
  Create wireframes and mockups in Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud to visualize SEO recommendations
• Accessibility & Responsiveness:
  Ensure all SEO-driven content follows
  WCAG standards
  and displays perfectly across all devices.
• User Journey Mapping:
  Assist in identifying where search users drop off and propose UI improvements to increase "dwell time" and engagement.

Required Experience

Required Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience
  in SEO, Content Marketing, or Digital Design (internships or personal portfolios included).
• Solid SEO Foundation:
  Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and how search engines crawl/index sites.
• Design Literacy:
  Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD and a "good eye" for clean, modern UI.
• Technical Familiarity:
  Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design decisions impact Core Web Vitals.
• Analytical Mindset:
  Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to track SEO progress.
• Communication Skills:
  Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-experts.

Nice to have:

• CMS Experience:
  Hands-on experience with Optimizely (CMS 12) or similar enterprise platforms.
• Technical Toolset:
  Experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Growth Mindset:
  Understanding of Core Web Vitals and how they intersect with UX.
• Agile Environment:
  Experience working within Scrum/Agile teams using Azure DevOps.

Hybrid working model is applicable:

• 2 times per week from the office for employees based in Warsaw
• 1 time per month from the office for employees based outside of Warsaw.

Occasional international travel might be required.
