- Planning and coordination of meetings/events both online and offline
- General management of meetings including preparation and follow-up
- Support with the organization of company events, conferences and workshops
- Ensuring a smooth process during the events
- Support in setting up and managing project management tools and processes
- Coordination of project activities, schedules and resources
- Creation of status reports, dashboards and other PMO documentation
- Interface between different project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Planning and organization of business trips for management and team members
- Booking flights, hotels, rental cars and other travel arrangements
- Communication and coordination with external partners and travel agencies
- Preparing expense reports according to company guidelines
- Monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance with cost guidelines
- General administrative support for the management and the BU-Team
- Data maintenance and documentation management
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a comparable assistant role, ideally in a manufacturing company
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent, proactive approach to work with a high level of accuracy, reliability and integrity
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, especially in a dynamic working environment
- Fluency in English and German
