    Payroll Specialist with foreign language - English/German/French/Italian/Dutch wanted

    SUMMARY:

    As a member of our HR Shared Services team, the Payroll Coordinator holds a pivotal role in overseeing all payroll, pension, leave, insurance, and related matters within the designated regions, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The Payroll Coordinator is instrumental in efficiently managing payroll processes and supporting diverse HR projects across Central and Eastern European countries.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure accurate processing and validation of monthly payroll for Poland and CEE countries.
    • Calculate and manage statutory and occupational payments, including sickness, maternity, and paternity leave.
    • Collaborate with Social Security Institutions and Tax Offices.
    • Maintain submissions to disability funds and prepare reports for Statistical Offices.
    • Assist in preparing annual PIT declarations and insurance confirmations.
    • Address payroll queries promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience within the HR ticketing system.
    • Monitor and report on payroll-related Key Performance Indicators.
    • Provide support to local management and HR colleagues on payroll, pension, and insurance matters.
    • Coordinate with pension and insurance providers for operational issues.
    • Review and process timesheets, work records, and leave records.
    • Manage overtime, benefits, and bonus data accurately.
    • Conduct reviews of payroll actuals.
    • Support HR budget control and assist in audits related to payroll or payroll systems.
    • Provide assistance to the HR Delivery Coordinator when necessary.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, management science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in English / Dutch / French / German/ Italian / payroll processing.
    • Strong functional knowledge in key HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and learning & development.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
    • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and Dutch / French / German/ Italian

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with ServiceNow or similar HR systems.
    • Familiarity with process transitions.
