As a Recruitment Team, we support Capita's new clients with their recruitment needs.

We are working on candidate pools with languages, speak with people from different cultural backgrounds and guide them through our volume recruitment process end to end.

We are looking for someone willing to continue on the Human Resources path. In Capita you will continuously learn recruitment best practices and help to improve our processes. You will use your German and English skills daily and get to know people of different cultural backgrounds.

What you'll be doing:
Taking ownership of full volume recruitment cycle including networking, sourcing, screening, and offering candidates
Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline
Conducting phone interviews to find the best potential employees
Managing candidates through Workday.
Managing all logistics aspects for interviews and assessment centres
Supporting with language tests management
Informing candidates about their status in a professional manner throughout various steps of the recruitment process
Attending job fairs and networking events as required

Skills You Need To Succeed

Very good written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
Previous experience in recruitment
Psychology/HR related degree would be an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain flexible, keep a positive attitude and open mind
Strong candidate oriented attitude
Good organisation & teamwork skills

After a successful recruitment process, your data will be shared with the medical facility with which the Data Controller has signed an agreement to conduct preliminary examinations, with this facility being a separate Data Controller.

Your personal data may also be disclosed to entities and bodies authorized to process such data.

Your personal data will be stored from the date of submission of your CV:
for a period of 6 months for the purpose of processing your personal data in the current recruitment process to which you applied;

for a period of 12 months if you consent to the processing of your personal data for future recruitment processes.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its processing, and its processing. You have the right to rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, or transfer your data.

The right to withdraw consent at any time does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
