Responsibilities
- Acting as subject matter expert providing strategic legal advice risk assessments managing external counsel and supporting regulatory investigations audits remediation and engagement with authorities and auditors.
- Owning and managing Anti-Bribery Corruption framework related policies including COI gifts travel hospitality donations sponsorships Global Trade policies and Third-Party Tender Risk Management to mitigate fraud sanctions integrity risks.
