    Overview

    This role is responsible for the scope of Data Management and Reporting teams, taking over the Distributor's Sell Out databases (Beverage & Snacks), working on 3PD Sell Out data from SAP, Access and Oracle and providing PO1 reports for sales field with SAP, Oracle and Access data.

    The role is also responsible for cooperation between the 2 KBS teams, with BU and other stakeholders to drive the business agenda, take over the change management, as well as designing new ways of working, procedures and templates for new tasks.

    Responsibilities


    • This role will act like a link and mid-point between a Data Management and Reporting teams, leveraging knowledge and skills for both teams


    • The role is also responsible for cooperation with BU regarding all business scope changes, change management and team communication


    • Propose and implements new ways of working, procedures and improvement ideas to drive business efficiency


    • Coordination with the main sales supports departments to solve customer business issues and implement business plans


    • Analyzes sales per channel, customer and distributor. Providing the whole info in terms of main sales KPI`s (volume, net revenue and net revenue realization)


    • Evaluate and report trade promotions, event performance and customer business analysis


    • Manage repository of merchandising plans and tools of trade (racks, displays and diverse materials)


    • Analyze sales, categories and market trends and patterns


    • Track pricing at SKU and customer level


    • Track and analyze customer initiatives and annual projects


    • Fulfill ad hoc analysis for sales key account plan resulting from general reports


    • Prepare materials in order to create the template selling deck (including product information, initiatives and plans)


    • Take over the distributor's sell-out database (Beverage & Snacks)


    • Providing PO1 support for sales field concerning Oracle and Access data, through specific analyses and reports, monitoring efficiency, key performance indicators and targets achievement level.

    Qualifications
  • Fluent English and Romanian with exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
  • Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, SQL, Power BI, previous work experience with databases or in FMCG is a plus
  • High integrity – won't compromise on values to get results, dynamic, organized and able to handle competing priorities
  • Proactive, responsive and results driven, with the ability to deliver tight deadlines in flexible and dynamic environment
  • Analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Self-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirements
  • Ability to drive projects that will improve efficiency and accuracy of the current scope
