- Responsible for all product release programs aspects from inception to market launch. This includes project and scope planning, project execution and Integration with Vonage and CSP
- Manage overall interface with internal and external stakeholders such as product managers, customer units, Operation & Support team.
- Drive overall program capability to ensure effective delivery of product releases.
- Manage release projects execution: supervise and reporting, conflicts, and critical issues, change management, risk management, dependency management.
- Ensure all projects deliver on time, budget and to product commitments.
- Secure and maintain communication both within matrix organization, including reporting progress, status and follow-up of activities and results.
- Drive Operational Excellence, ensuring optimal utilization of team's capacity and application of standard methodologies that support company's values.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering or a related technical field.
- Mandatory background in product development, preferably in telecom or other high technology industry
- Minimum 5-8 years as senior project manager /program manager for product development
- Advanced Project Management Skills
- Effective communicator with great stakeholder management skills
- Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Providing technical project leadership to the teams, drive closure of technical issues
- Motivating and guiding highly technical engineers & developers removing roadblocks to ensure they can deliver.
- Sound experience of Agile and Lean Development methodologies
- Ability to see big picture with focus on important details in pragmatic and result-oriented way.
- Self-motivated, with positive attitude and drive to solve problems and expand knowledge.
- Thrive on accountability, overcoming challenges with a can-do attitude.
- Polish and English language proficiency

About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Program Manager to manage delivery of APIs in an agile matrix organization using industry-leading tools and methodologies to ensure that the project goals are met with the highest standard. The Program Manager leads all aspects of governance and strategy as you work to deliver solutions working together with Vonage team. We are searching for a motivated and innovative leader with a strong background in technology and the skills to manage large-scale technical product development.
