    is looking for a Senior Phyton Developer who wants to join our project and be involved in innovation activities and who wants to start his career in a market leader company. It's a great chance for you to act on a real production level with big customers from Fortune 500.

    Location: Poland

    Employment type: full time

    Minimum experience: At least 5+ years of experience

    Team structure:

    The development team is located in Warsaw and Paris. The product is stable, has well-defined processes and challenging tasks. The product has a clear development path and is managed by a competent product team.

    The team is focused on delivering valuable solutions to clients and continuous improvements. We are focused on evolution, not revolution supporting a culture of open feedback.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Designing components in collaboration with other team members
  • Participate actively in architecture definition
  • Discuss the requirements with Product Owners to design the most effective solution
  • Include availability, resiliency, cost of deployment and run in the architecture design
  • Perform requirements analysis
  • Develop new business modules/functions
  • Author and code review integration and communication services
  • Refactor and optimize of existing code
  • Applying all quality requirements to make code production-ready
  • Active in a continuous improvement of the process, methodologies, technologies and practices
  • Closely cooperate with other project's Tech Leads on cross-component deliveries and share best practices
  • Communication with Product Management, Customer Support and other non technical teams

    • Qualifications:

  • Solid software development skills with Python (Python2 and Python3), at least 5 years of experience in software engineering using Python as a main technology;
  • Experience in pytest, text encoding, data processing;
  • Familiar with software development processes using CI/CD tools;
  • Experience with modern software architectures (e.g. clean architecture, layered architecture, etc.);
  • Knowledge of design patterns architecture design, data modeling and programming principles;
  • Knowledge of the following technical products and/or frameworks:
  • Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB;
  • RabbitMQ;
  • Docker, Kubernetes, AWS;
  • Ability to document solutions as text and diagrams;
  • English knowledge B2;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Great interpersonal communication skills;
  • Easy way of communication.
