- Develop & support delivery of the Procurement Strategy for the ambient network transformation,
- Subject-matter-expertise in logistics and derives value creation opportunities based on a deep Logistics expertise of market conditions and future market trends, Macro/micro economic impacts, Supplier pools, Competitor and Industry Insights, as well as benchmarking and cost modelling,
- Multi- region strategic partnership program & roadmap leveraging the power of one to unlock value for all parties across multiple geographies & years,
- Business case development and enrichment,
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Procurement or Supply Chain roles either in Unilever / FMCG industry or within the logistics sector,
- Logistics Procurement knowledge,
- Experience of working in cross-functional teams both F2F and virtually,
- Master degree,
- Experience in land transformation projects (preferred),
- Experience in conducting long negotiations (preferred),
- Strong negotiation skills (commercial and contractual),
- Familiarity with 3PL activity-based cost modelling and contracting strategies, planning and digital,
- Supply Market Intelligence, Analysis, Competitiveness, and value opportunity identification,
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical and story-telling skills,
- Ability to influence stakeholders and peers effectively,
- Ability and drive to work independently and influence diverse teams, across different countries,
