    • Financial Strategy and Planning:

    • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.

    • Financial Reporting:
    • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

    • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Lead the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting activities.
    • Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor budgetary goals.

    • Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess financial risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
    • Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard company assets.

    • Cash Flow Management:
    • Manage cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.
    • Optimize working capital and liquidity management.

    • Financial Analysis:
    • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights into key financial metrics and performance indicators.
    • Team Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
    • Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
    • Proven experience in a senior finance role, with at least 7 years in a leadership position
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial management best practices
    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
