Job summary
As an Export Control Business Partner at country level you are the key point of contact for export control compliance within Siemens Energy in your assigned country.You ensure the effective implementation of the Export Control Internal Control Program ICP advise country management and business functions and translate complex regulations into practical business oriented solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main export control advisor for country management and business functions providing professional guidance and practical solutions
- Implement the Export Control ICP and standardized export control processes in line with global governance and local requirements
- Evaluate business transactions and risks including countries of concern and support critical decision-making processes
