    Opis

    Configuring functionality of MS 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint etc):

    • Working with both NGSI, NGET and Microsoft to deliver the design for identity integration within the NGSI SaaS applications and the NGET applications.
    • Integration to existing applications in NG tenant including SAP, Coupa, Matrix Booking etc
    • Integration to 3rd party SaaS apps hosted by NGSI tenant including Oracle P6 Primavera, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Predict Risk Management, Solution Lab Digital Workbook
    • Applying Security settings/ changes to NGSI Tenant, in compliance with NGSI & NGET
    • governance
    • Assure compliance of relevant NGSI and NGET security controls
    • Rollout of new NGSI devices (laptops, iPhones and iPads)
    • Onboarding 3rd party partners to the Enterprise via tenant collaboration (Cross tenant settings within Microsoft Entra). Up to 10 partners, required within first 3 months
    • Migration of up to 500 NGSI users and data from account to
    • account. This will be initially supported by Microsoft.
    • Implementation of NGSI hosted Service Management Tooling & processes for Service Desk
    • Automation of Digital processes for NGSI Digital Platform (e.g. JML process and integration with NGET)
    • Advise and implement the ongoing business availability and resiliency for NGSI Digital
    • Platform in compliance with Digital Platform design requirements

    Advise, design, configure and build initial NGSI Azure Landing Zone, including:

    • Assuring suitable alignment with relevant NGET Azure architecture, NGET security
    • controls and governance process.
    • Including Azure Landing Zone service management target operating model and
    • organisation design, processes and governance.
    • Integration with the existing NGET FinOps reporting and management capability
    • Advise and define test plans with stakeholders, execute and assure test plan outcomes
    • for all scope & workstreams listed
    • Prepare and manage submission of related materials associated with technology change
    • management & governance processes for the NGSI Digital Platform, and/or related NGET
    • governance processes
    • Assure Information Management compliance within functional or non-functional design
    • and delivery
    • Contribute to the NGSI Digital Platform Backlog and Roadmap
