- Create Software and Tooling that improves performance, stability, and reliability of the platform
- Monitor Application Metrics to help with improving software performance
- Build solutions that are highly resilient, scalable, and secure
- Use Terraform to create and manage AWS infrastructure for our platform
- Maintain metrics, dashboards and alerts with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK to ensure we can respond proactively to any issues which arise
- Manage cloud-native applications which are deployed to Kubernetes using manifests you write through an Argo GitOps flow
- You may also need to write some code in Java or Go but your primary focus will be reliability of our platform
- 4+ years of experience building and supporting cloud-based applications. AWS would be advantageous.
- Experience working on monitoring, logging and alerting solutions ( Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, ELK ).
- Experience maintaining infrastructure as a code ( Terraform ).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Github Actions and Argo CD .
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Java or Go .
