- You have a degree from a higher business school, technical college or university in the field of business, business informatics or computer science or equivalent training with appropriate professional experience.
- Very good Salesforce knowledge in the areas of sales, service, and marketing with current Salesforce certifications and at least 5 years of Salesforce experience
- Salesforce project experience in an agile environment and knowledge of analysis, conception and presentation in the CRM environment
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English completes your profile.

Be part of the central CRM team, accompany and guide the corresponding expansion of the Salesforce Sales, Marketing (Account Engagement) and Service Platforms and their integration towards eCommerce and SAP. Exciting Salesforce tasks and projects in the B2C and B2B areas await you.Business Process Design & System Configuration : You analyze existing and develop new business processes together with the business partner and map them hands-on in the Salesforce systems sales, marketing and service.
Project Management: You act as a project lead and control the implementation of Salesforce projects with internal and external CRM consultants.
Service Management : You organize user support for the Salesforce area and maintain contact with Salesforce and our service providers.
