- You lead a team of experts covering a range of different topics in the area of operational excellence, continuous improvement, NCC mgmt.. & LEAN
- You are responsible to drive and coordinate the deployment of the LEAN tools, both short- and long-term, including target setting for onsite performance globally
- Your team works closely with other CNS functions to achieve the agreed targets
- Mapping and analyzing Construction works related to our fleet for offshore using video optimization, data & value stream mapping tools
- Detecting and keeping an overview of potential improvement areas
- Initiating and leading optimization projects related to operational construction activities
- Coaching and training employees and stakeholders in lean methodologies
- Ensuring knowledge sharing and use of best practices across Construction Projects
- You have at least 8 years of Team Lead experience within the Lean area
- You have a proven track record of managing projects
- You have facilitating experience
- You are familiar with and have knowledge of using different LEAN planning and optimizing tools
- Experience in the wind industry is not a requirement but a benefit.

For our Offshore Construction department we are looking for a Senior Team Lead for the LEAN department.
You will be expected to facilitate the development, improvement, and implementation of the various optimizations with your team. There is approximately 20% travel required within the role for visiting regional offices and sites.
