- Provides leadership oversight multiple complex clinical trials programs ensuring delivery high-quality data regulatory compliance Spearheads collaboration internal study teams vendors ensure clinical trial delivery meets established timelines budgets quality benchmarks Provides strategic input study feasibility oversees operational activities internal external contributors Serves decision maker complex issues Identifies proactively manages risks balancing trade-offs cost deliverables quality timelines achieve optimal outcomes Manages highest value study level budgets contracts scope work CROs Vendor Partners Participates vendor selection evaluation processes Oversees vendor partner relationships strategic level ensuring alignment contractual terms organizational standards Sets monitors performance metrics proactively identifying resolving operational challenges Utilizes indicators monitor optimize trial execution Maintains accurate data records study management systems such as Veeva CTMS eTMF Establishes maintains studylevel project management tools action logs decision trackers issue registers risk mitigation plans Develops enforces trialspecific standards aligned broader portfolio strategies promote operational consistency Leads organizational change initiatives drives development execution crossfunctional global best practices Fosters robust crossfunctional collaboration timely effective sharing knowledge information Champions breakthrough innovation consistently seeking transformative solutions surpass conventional approaches aiming greater acceleration Inspires forward-looking vision integrates therapeutic area program asset perspectives actively promoting exchange best practices lessons learned drive accelerated progress
