Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning complex SaaS platforms and connected tooling end-to-end from roadmap definition, integration needs and backlog management through release planning for business-critical programs.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of translating ambiguous program and business needs into clear system requirements and designs, documenting end-to-end flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with engineering and vendors.
