Be Cognizant About the role: We are currently looking for a Service Desk Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical leadership for Premier customers around the world to help ensure their IT environments are kept optimized and healthy Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite expertise and support to resolve critical technical issues
  • Consult with technical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to troubleshoot and maintain their solutions
  • Demonstrate deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty to solve complex technical problems
  • Enhancing the company's image and reputation through credibility, preparation.
  • Develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust and respect for the company
    • Requirements:
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and administering Configuration Manager infrastructure
  • Knowledge of upgrading Configuration Manager in both online and offline modes.
  • Acquaintance with ITIL/Service Management
  • Good understanding of Active Directory
  • Familiarity using Configuration Manager
  • Troubleshooting knowledge & skills
