Job summary
We are seeking an Investor Services FATCA and CRS Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing tasks in the Investor Services Department, including owning the FATCA/CRS operational framework and overseeing the validation of tax withholding certificates.Responsibilities
- Own the FATCA/CRS operational framework
- Oversight of tax withholding certificates and CRS self-certifications
- Daily, monthly and annual FATCA/CRS operations cycle monitoring work queues balancing workloads across teams clearing aged items review entity individual accounts identify reportable status verify indicia via electronic document searches maintain enhance team procedures control checklists plan daily work set priorities ensure adherence deadlines quality standards resolve complex classification issues documentation exceptions client escalations ensure timely accurate annual filings identify implement enhancements workflows controls technology solutions manage mentor team monitor performance support career development act first escalation point complex classifications documentation exceptions client issues prepare clear summaries options Director decisions liaise senior internal stakeholders provide status updates risk assessments
