• Develop and configure HRSD modules including case management, services, COEs templates and employee center/service portal components.
• Implement platform features using Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes GlideRecord/GlideAjax UI Policies ACLs ensuring robust functionality security.
• Design workflows automations Flow Designer building reusable subflows approval processes notifications focusing on HR-related tasks.
