- Lead the development of graph-based technical solutions by developing and implementing algorithms and methodologies to extract insights from complex networks and interconnected data sources
- Development of prototype solutions, mathematical models, algorithms, machine learning techniques, and robust analytics to support analytic insights and visualization of complex data sets
- Contribute to product features like offers, personalization, and recommender by analyzing complex data sets and developing algorithms to produce results that increase customer engagement
- Drive innovation by exploring new experimentation methods and data analytics techniques that could sharpen or speed up product decision-making processes
- Develop and deploy testing hypotheses and analyze test results, providing the necessary analytical rigor to ensure data quality, consistency, repeatability, and accuracy of insightsCross-trains other team members on technologies being developed, while also continuously learning new technologies from other team members
- Interacts with engineering teams and ensures that solutions meet customer requirements in terms of functionality, performance, availability, scalability, and reliability
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer/Data Engineer/Big Data Developer with a proven track record of leveraging analytics to drive significant business impact2+ years contributing to production deployments of large backend data processing and analysis systems
- Expertise in Graph-based Learning Techniques
- Experience with Graphene (graphene-python) – GraphQL framework for Python
- Experience in Machine Learning (. regression and classification algorithms such as random forest, boosting)
- Deep Learning techniques
- Hands-on experience coding in Python with solid CS fundamentals including data structure and algorithm design
- High proficiency with Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
- Experience in processing and analyzing big data setsHands-on implementation experience working with Spark (PySpark, Spark ML)
- Previous background with cloud data platform AWS (AWS Sage Maker, AWS Glue)
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations
- BSc or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or another related field
- Experience in Web AdsExperience in TelecommunicationsUse of ML in Digital Marketing
- Fluent English – spoken and written
- German knowledge (is a plus)
