    Software Developer (Salesforce)

    We are recruiting to DevOps team which uses Scrum/Agile methodology to support global application called First SFA. This is a Salesforce CRM / Veeva CRM solution used by Sales Representatives (in Web Browsers and on iPads)across over 100 markets (countries). Our goal is to provide Sales Representatives customized software which meets their needs (different per market) to engage our customers and drive company's ambition of accelerating sales growth by becoming the most recommended & the most trusted partner.

    In this role you will be...

    • Implementing new functionalities (mostly in Apex, LWC and when needed using Salesforce Out of The Box configuration options). We are committed to no longer use VisualForcePages and Aura (transition in progress).
    • Developing good quality code: according to industry standards, with Unit Tests (we encourage you to use TDD/DDD methodology), using static code analysis tool (SonarQube) and taking part in Code Review process.
    • Partnering with Support Team throughout the delivery lifecycle of your changes.
    • Working in 2-week-long Sprints with other Developers, Engineers, Product Experts and Scrum Master (using Jira and Confluence and participating in ceremonies: backlog refinements, sprint plannings, daily scrums and retrospectives).
    • Utilizing CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions etc.)
    • Working with Product Experts and sometimes Markets on gathering requirements and providing technical Solution Designs.

    Why you?

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • Experience working as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
    • Knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX) project structure.
    • Experience in working with git repositories - ability to solve merge conflicts and properly move code between branches.
    • Communication skills required to work in multicultural and international environment.
    • Fluent English (min. B2)

    Optional (nice to have) Qualifications & Skills:

    • Professional experience in any Object-Oriented Programming language (Java, C# or other)
    • Awareness of the benefits of Code Review and CI/CD process.
    • Experience in Agile/SCRUM and in use of tools like Jira and Confluence.
    • Professional experience in Veeva CRM.
    • Salesforce or Veeva certificates
    • Experience with SonarQube (or any other static code analysis tool).
    • Knowledge of GitHub (or any other code collaboration tool like GitLab or Bitbucket).
