Job summary
We are seeking for a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team, bringing expertise in data analysis and business intelligence with proven track of record working on large data related projects in insurance/finance industry.Aon has transitioned to a product-oriented model and is investing in capabilities like never before. This role will give the chosen candidate a unique opportunity to shape the product and data delivery model for our Commercial Risk Ecosystem to drive significant revenue and efficiency opportunities across all countries where Aon operates.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role in data related projects, working in insurance/finance industry in large multinational environment would be an asset In-depth knowledge of data migration concepts, ETL processes and database management systems Proficiency in SQL and /or other scripting languages for complex data extraction and transformation Knowledge on data management principles,

- Quality management , compliance standards Deep understanding of business context of the data Detail oriented excellent problem solving skills Excellent communication interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members stakeholders Hands on experience with agile practices agile project management tools eg Jira Confluence Azure DevOps Boards Ability work fast-paced environment adapt changing project requirements Fluency English written spoken required additionally German language strong asset Experience ,
