    Our Retail Department based in Katowice, Poland is looking for a

    District Manager Franchise

    (f/m/d) (100%)

    The role is responsible for the management of the portfolio of franchise shops in the region delivering required sales, service, and quality.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Implementing consistent retail operation processes and company standards in the franchise stores
    • Developing effective relationships with our external Franchise partners to support business objectives through the delivery of agreed operating standards
    • Permanently optimizing doors portfolio by expending existing retail net in close cooperation with franchise partners
    • Managing the Franchise base in line with the Franchise Agreement, developing new and existing partnerships
    • Delivering targeted level of sell out and margin through best possible execution of retail KPIs
    • Improving store performance through building and executing improvement action plan
    • Delivering required set of training to franchise store staff

    Your Ideal Profile:

    • You possess a bachelor's degree in Retail or related field
    • You have gained previous management experience as an Area or District manager, ideally within Franchise environment
    • You possess the capacity to deliver strategic requirements and execute in designated markets
    • You have strong analytical and reporting skills as well as a good understanding of the retail KPI's
    • You are able to demonstrate leadership, cooperation and exceptional customer service skills
    • You possess the ability to organize, motivate, train and supervise personnel reporting to role
    • You are fluent in English and Polish languages, both written and spoken
