    Opis

    We are currently searching for a Facilities Technician / Handyperson to join our team in Kraków.

    Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the onsite facilities team to ensure the completion of planned preventative and reactive tasks.
  • Organize site PPM and coordinate vendor visits and verification of performed works.
  • Track and update daily client and JLL ticketing systems.
  • Follow-up and track remedial works.
  • Utilize the internal task system to manage requested Facilities work and close out actions according to SLAs.
  • Seek continuous improvements in processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Obtain quotes for repairs by external companies and update them in the finance tracker.
  • Track all interventions and paperwork electronically and physically.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ensure vendor compliance and maintain documentation.
  • Conduct daily checks of the office's BMS system.
  • Perform daily site inspections of the office.
  • Resolve facilities-related problems with conference rooms, interior furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Perform fabric-related repairs, including handyman repairs and painting works.
  • Conduct quality audits of the office, furniture, and equipment, and ensure timely completion of actions.
  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • English language at the basic working level.
  • Technical experience is required (repairs, conservation).
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain professional in stressful situations.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment is preferred.
  • Green thinking mentality and proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unique situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
