Job summary
Join us as an Advisor where you'll manage administrative requests coordinate process corrections with external partners and ensure accuracy in customers sales revenue systems all while upholding top quality standards globally recognized sales and accounting principles.Responsibilities
- Provide support for the External Provider concerning agent disputes on behalf of local sales offices
- Perform quality checks in KERMIT for transactions processed by the External Provider
- Maintain that within the area of responsibility the accepted service level regarding timeliness and accuracy of accounting data processing is maintained
- Contact customers and external providers directly handle incoming outgoing communication both verbal written via email Trackspace within agreed deadlines
- Maintain operational-level escalations initiate support identified process improvements
