- Ensure Identity & Access Management (IAM) regulatory findings and remediation plans effectively tackle underlying issues.
- Evaluate IAM risks due to control inefficiencies.
- Provide input to enhance technology risk management around IAM by establishing continuous risk identification, measurement, management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to handle regulatory findings from issuance to closure.
- Basic knowledge of risk management tools (Material Risk Identification, Risk and Control Self Assessments, Key Risk Indicator Methodology, Loss Event Data)
- Understanding of IT, Cyber Security, and Identity Management products, services, technologies, and their impact on risk profile.
- Ability to explain technical issues in terms understandable to businesses
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems, processes, and emerging IAM technologies.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial, consulting, or technology sectors
- Degree in technology preferred
- At least 3 years of work experience in IAM, IT infrastructure, Application Security, or Risk

The Enterprise Risk Management unit at State Street focuses on identifying, analyzing, measuring, reporting, and managing risks at both the corporate and business unit levels.
General Roles and Responsibilities
In this position, you will act as a trusted liaison within our Cyber Risk team to State Street's Global Cyber Security (GCS) business and First Line of Defense (FLoD) control function. Your main focus will be on the platform hardening risk posture as per laws, regulations, standards, and best practices.
This role is located in Poland.
