- Monitor accounts and contact customers regarding late payments.
- Determine collection methods, resolve disputes, and reconcile accounts.
- Issue invoices, make recommendations for debt collection assistance, and assist with credit limits.
- Review delinquent accounts, provide collection forecasts, and assist in legal matters.
- Fulfill manager requests and support team efforts.
- 3 years of experience in AR, collection, customer service, or credit functions.
- Availability to work US hours on mixed shifts.
- Degree in Economy, Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, enforce payment terms, and collect payments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of other MS applications.
- Knowledge in Oracle is a plus.
- Analytical skills and project reconciliations are advantageous.

The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist is in charge of maximizing cash collections, enforcing payment terms, and collecting past due receivables. They will also maintain relationships with Motorola customers, identify risks, and adhere to policies and procedures.
