- Create and maintain project roadmap broken down into releases, outline PI and sprint goals for all the teams
- Manage priorities with the product team and align delivery teams on the current priorities daily
- Build delivery plans, manage scope of deliveries
- Maintain cross-awareness between the teams, analyze internal and external risks and dependencies in the program and suggest solutions
- Bridge communication b/w delivery teams and the client organization where necessary
- Report to business stakeholders on the project status, delivery progress, risks and dependencies
- Technical background allowing to be fluent with understanding branching strategies, QA validation techniques, deployment process, environment management, understand the solution architecture at a high level
- Hands-on experience coordinating a large project / program delivery process day-to-day ppl program size)
- Strong administrative skills for coordination across multiple teams, identification and resolution of inefficiencies and blockers in the delivery process
- Ability to guide teams to leverage timezone difference
- Excellent planning and dependency/risk management skills
- Ability to lead multiple streams of work with a corporate client
- Good communication and executive reporting skills
- Experience working in the service model
