Responsibilities:

• supervision of the entrusted contract (mainly cubature facilities),
• control and coordination of electrical/technical works,
• supervision of employees and subcontractors,
• assistance in establishing and analysing the schedule and monitoring the progress of works,
• cooperation with Site Managers and Works Managers
• maintaining documentation,
• supervising the management of materials and equipment during the construction process.

Expectations:

• directional education,
• experience in a similar position in the construction/electrical/technical sector,
• ability to analyse technical designs,
• knowledge of AutoCad software,
• ability to prepare offers, cost estimates, schedules,
• ability to plan and organise,
• category B driving licence,
• be available and be ready for business trips lasting several days,
• knowledge of German/English would be an advantage.
