Technologies-expected : Power BI responsibilities : You will join Danone Global Data & Analytics Team and as the D&A Performance & Governance Manager, your core responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of the D&A portfolio: Monitoring the financial health of D&A, both Capex and Opex, by establishing right financial reporting and budget animation mechanisms Overseeing vendor management, ensuring alignment with budget management and contract tracking.
Implementing the D&A portfolio management process, inclusive of the demand management process, using the Service Now PPM tool Tracking the status and progress of programs, projects, and portfolio deliverables and milestones using systems from Excel to Power BI, along with related dashboards, reports, and KPIs Having possibility to lead some strategic projects directly related to the above scope requirements-expected : 5-10 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, multi-tasked projects or work streams simultaneously A financial background is essential Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI visualization, and the Service Now PPM module Experience in supporting complex programs/projects in a large organization, ensuring their successful completion and alignment with business objectives Proven track record of driving business growth and continuous improvement Experience in providing decision support to enable the identification, selection, and prioritization of new programs/projects Knowledge of project management processes and techniques; a project management qualification would be a plus Experience in IT and data domains is advantageous Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to engage with senior management stakeholders across multiple domains and teams Capacity to serve as a link between the D&A team and the Controlling team, with the ability to translate and explain financial concepts Ability to step back and analyze systems and processes Capacity to convince and influence others Ability to undertake strategic analysis Autonomy and resilience Proficiency in English offered : A revolutionary job that will be part of the digital transformation of global FMCG leader.
