Twój zakres obowiązków

prowadzenie rozmów z lokalnymi władzami administracji publicznej,
kontakt bezpośredni z właścicielami gruntu przy kluczowych projektach,
kontraktowanie gruntów pod duże farmy wiatrowe,
współpraca z pracownikami terenowymi grupy kapitałowej,
prace związane z otwieraniem nowych projektów FW,
współpraca przy przygotowaniu i przekazywaniu wytycznych oraz dokumentacji do nowych projektów OZE, m.in.: MPZP, WZ, DŚ, pozwolenia na budowę,
koordynacja lokalnych konsultacji społecznych przy tworzeniu dużych projektów FW,
tworzenie wielkoskalowych projektów wiatrowych z planem produkcji wodoru.

Nasze wymagania

doświadczenie w branży OZE - przy tworzeniu/rozwoju farm wiatrowych, w tym praca w terenie (umowy dzierżawy, rozmowy z przedstawicielami gmin, wójtem, sołtysem),
znajomość dokumentacji projektowych, rozeznanie projektowe na mapach,
znajomość obsługi Pakietu Microsoft Office,
komunikatywność, umiejętność budowania relacji,
umiejętność pracy nad trudnościami i ich pokonywania,
gotowość do podejmowania nowych wyzwań,
wysokie zdolności organizacyjne, samodzielność i umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu,
gotowość do podróży służbowych (25% czasu).
