Position Description
As an Automation Specialist you will help drive improvements from our Wroclaw Business Center across QIAGEN. You will use a mix of tools and platforms including UiPath (RPA), VBA/Excel & Office 365 to deliver automations to colleagues executing business processes via SAP, Salesforce, Service Now and SharePoint just to name a few.
This role is being offered for 24months on a B2B contract basis.
-Design, build, test and deploy new solutions for SPA S4 Hana using Uipath RPA
-Migrate existing bots built for SAP R3 to SAP S4 Hana
-Develop automations using: Excel/VBA, UiPath (RPA) & Office 365 tools
-Manage full development cycle from technical feasibility, process/activity documentation, solution design, build & test and production rollout.
-Create and maintain technical documentation for the solutions you design and build.
-Participate in automation workshops to help identify and validate improvement -opportunities.
-Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation solutions you have built and provide timely responses and fixes as required.
-Support periodic software upgrades of robotic process automation software and tools.
-Adhere to corporate security requirements (e.g. policies and procedures).
Position Requirements
-2 years developing bots in Uipath a must
-Good knowledge of Excel/VBA would be good to have.
-Experience of using Office 365 tools to automate processes desirable.
-Very good knowledge of English language.
-Must be able to demonstrate a history of delivering automation solutions.
-Analytical and problem solving skills.
-Good communication skills and ability to work with internal clients.
