    What the day will look like

  • Manage our portfolio of preferred contingent labor staffing suppliers; provide category expertise in contingent labor and supplier performance management
  • Design contingent workforce solutions across functions, divisions and regions
  • Establish a strong network of collaboration with internal clients, suppliers, and program management in to order to effectively manage day-to-day operations and resolve issues
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure a fit for purpose delivery of contingent workers
  • Act as SME within system related projects, functional system enhancements and on-going business as usual development or escalations
  • Accountability for identifying improvements in the area of end to end processes
  • Respond to service escalations for contingent workforce program and play leading role in resolution, closure and root cause analysis
  • Manage and coordinate of large global and regional service provider(s) to enable optimal service delivery
  • Lead contingent labour tool implementation in new countries through leading trainings, supporting system testing, review of training materials and providing expert advice.
  • Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience in contingent workforce solutions and optimizing operational performance through supplier engagement practice
  • Experience in strategy, supply chain, or procurement of contingent workforce solutions.
  • Familiarity with vendor management systems staffing and/or service modules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all management levels
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on implementations/support/maintenance projects
  • Experience with system testing/troubleshooting and user training
  • Language proficiency: English and preferable one additional ( Spanish, French, Italian)
  • Highly organized self-starter with exceptional strategic thinking
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships across different functions
