- Analyze MRP results to create purchase orders for parts e.g., LEDs, capacitors, screws, sleeves, and components required to manufacture industrial printers
- Manage master data for parts and components
- Cooperate with suppliers to monitor PO status, update the data in SAP
- Keep daily control on the stock level based on company standards
- Prepare other orders (PO, PR) according to the company needs
- Clarify any issues with vendors invoices
- Report of the KPI of the scope
- Cooperate with Warehouse in terms of incoming materials
- Cooperate with Production Team and Site Planner regarding priorities for deliveries
- Cooperate with Sourcing Team to support the negotiations and suppliers optimization
- Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position in machine building/technical industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a variety of activities at the same time in cross functional environment
- Great analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Very good command of Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Polish
- Experience with LEAN tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram) is an advantage
- Experince with SAP and PowerBI is an advantage
