Job summary
We are seeking candidates for the Senior Client Solutions Specialist position based in our Warsaw office. The role is part of our Client Solutions Team - CST, which is a unique place to work.We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid model of work (2 days of home-office a week). You will have opportunities for professional development and career growth in a global role with international exposure.
The job involves managing portfolios of multinational clients, advising internal consultants and clients on Mercer products and services across Europe and Africa, providing sales support to consultants, supporting client participation in salary surveys,
- Answering day-to-day client queries via email and phone.
- Providing one-on-one demo/presentations on Mercer on-line platforms and methodology for clients.
- Working on compensation & benefits related data for both internal and external clients.
