    Job Description

  • Design and implement new application solutions according to our roadmap of changes,
  • Lead the development team in terms of technical expertise, solutioning and quality standards,
  • Stay up to date new technologies to provide guidance to the team and find opportunities for further iNET modernization,
  • Inspire the team with own experience and ideas to drive developers to the insightful solutions,
  • Cross-pollinate iNET frameworks and standards across the development teams.

    • Qualifications

    Must have:

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Curious and open mind, willingness to share knowledge with the others
  • Independent and pro-active attitude towards work, ability to express own opinion
  • Focus on the teamwork, team-player mindset with desire to grow together

    • Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in modernization and refactoring of complex, legacy systems,
  • Working knowledge in application architecture area,
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and promoting DevOps culture,
  • Knowledge in: Java, front-end frameworks, OpenShift, Jenkins, Gradle and Git,
  • Exposure to integration with legacy mainframe systems,
  • Experience in Scrum or any other agile framework.
